Patricia is a proud mother of three adult children and has lived in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia since a very young child.  When not working Patricia can be found making family dinners, walking her dog, riding her electric bike,  felting wool fibre art, volunteering in her community or touring in her British sports car.

Helping people make the right real estate decision has been Patricia’s passion since 1993.  Many years of sales and business experience has taught Patricia that good listening skills, a sense of humor and high ethical standards earn the respect and friendship of clients, their families and colleagues.

Not only is Patricia an MLS Award Winner but has been awarded the Canadian Senior’s Real Estate Specialist designation by the National Association of Realtors.  As a designee she demonstrates requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel 50-plus and mature clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating refinancing or selling a home.

She is also a member of the Canadian Carp Society and has served as a board member of the Victoria Chapter.  This local chapter is Victoria’s advocate for senior’s 50+.

Having been a member and volunteer at the Greater Victoria Art Gallery, Patricia has assisted in the planning of major Gallery events.  This was a rewarding experience and a chance to give back to her community.  She continues to volunteer on a regular basis in the city for the Victoria Police Department.
